Moreno Valley, California

Moreno Valley is a relatively young city located in Riverside County, California. It saw rapid growth in the 1980s and first part of the 21st century. It was originally occupied by the Shoshone Native American tribe. Before the 1800s Spanish scouts explored the area and created trails. After 1850, Americans, including farmers, began to move into the area. In 1918, the revival of Moreno Valley began when March Field was constructed by the United States Air Force. It eventually became a full Air Force Base (and later in the 1990s March Joint Air Reserve Base.) In the 1980s California’s economic boom caused new houses and business to be constructed leading to the explosion of Moreno Valley’s growth which continues today. Regional businesses dominate the current economy of the area. Box Springs Mountain is one of the most visible geographical features in Moreno Valley. The side of the mountain which faces the city has a large "M" constructed upon it. The climate of the inland empire community consists of mild, calm winters, and scorching, desert–like summers. The Law Offices of Elizabeth Agmon Gayle handles cases for residents of Moreno Valley and for those residing in the surrounding areas.
