Attorney Elizabeth Agmon Gayle
Elizabeth Agmon Gayle has been serving the legal needs of clients for more than 25 years. She began practicing law after graduating from the University of California-Davis in 1983 and receiving her law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1987. After being admitted to the California Bar in 1988, Ms. Gayle spent the first 12 years of her career representing major product manufacturers, including a major automobile manufacturer.

She now chooses instead to aid consumers who are in need of legal assistance under California’s Lemon Law. For the past 15 years, Ms. Gayle has been fighting back against auto manufacturers and dealerships that refuse to compensate consumers for faulty vehicles. Using her defense background and credibility with manufacturers, she is able to fairly evaluate cases and deliver stellar representation to clients.

Professional Achievements
During her time as a practicing attorney, Ms. Gayle has been a member of the Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills Bar Associations and the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles.

Additionally, Ms. Gayle has been interviewed for various television and radio programs, newspaper articles, and by Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine for her work and expertise in the Lemon Law field. She is also a referral attorney for the Center for Auto Safety in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Gayle understands how difficult it can be to convince dealers and auto manufacturers that your new or used vehicle is a lemon, especially for women, who are often treated less than fairly in these types of situations. That’s why she encourages consumers to get immediate professional advice regarding the Lemon Law and the options available to them. Even if you’ve only taken your car into the dealer for two repairs or if you have 40,000 miles or more on your car, you may be able to recover damages.
